Hello, on this page I’d like to share a little about me.
My name is Karina Helsted Moe. I am a qualified physiotherapist, psychotherapist MPF (approved by the Psychotherapist Association), yoga teacher (RYT 500) and qualified Transformational Breath® therapist.
Since 2001, I have held courses, retreats and worked with clients one-on-one.
Over the years, I have developed the Bodyfulness method. And in autumn 2021, I published the book Bodyfulness – A return to your body.
Today it feels like I’ve landed exactly where I should be. And really, I’ve been here ever since I started my first yoga/meditation course at the age of 15. Bodywork and self-development have just always been my path. And always with a curious yet rational view.
Initially, I trained as a physiotherapist (1999). I soon learned that many pains could be relieved by conversation and being present alone. That is why in the years 2003-2007, I studied to become a psychotherapist at the Institute of Psychotherapy in Denmark. Since then I have continued my professional development by, for instance, gaining a qualification in the internationally renowned Transformational Breath.
When I treat clients today, I always carry my entire professional know-how with me.
Outside of my professional life, I live with my husband, two grown-up boys and a male Norwegian Forest cat named Benny in a wooden house in Hundested. Bodyfulness ApS has its home on the first floor of the wooden house. Since autumn 2021, my husband has also been a partner in the company.
